I got a messsage from him as well. He is a scammer. Anyone that wants to pay with paypal is usually a scammer.

thats not true anyone that usually wants to pay with paypal is a scammer the scammers are usually want to do money grams or western union , i use paypal all the time

That is not true garagemanf250. I use paypal and love it!I think it's much more secure and safe that anything else.
